JB Glass Service

For my bathroom remodeling I had to reinstall the mirror (71X42) but cut off 5 inches. Jeff was very forthcoming to do it for a very low price (in fairness, I gave them twice as much) which he could have easily up charged since I was in the middle of the project....Brought in my mirror and Francis with her tech took care of it while I waited and out in 15mins. Great job guys...Highly recommended for such work.... I might add I called a number of other places and it was the usual send you a quote, get back to you, expect an email, submit online request....Plain and simple, bring it in and just do it.....Thanks

Great service Joe Nathan Brown from JB Glass LLC. immediately responded to my text bright and early when nobody else did. He came and caulked my leaking windows. Joe was very efficient, explained everything and was very courteous. Thank you Joe for responding so quickly and getting the job done.

After calling all the glass shops near me JB was the only one that picked up my call. There rate was competitive, so I went to get my glass & mirrors cut. The entire staff was helpful & cordial. They worked with me to get my project complete, wrapping my glass securely & packed it up for me. Service with a smile...😉👍❣

I received a window that was cut to short so I called and spoke with Jeff. I advised that the window was to small and he began to yell at me on the phone stating that I got the exact measurements my contractor requested. I asked him to please calm down and that I am trying to figure out a solution, he asked what the measurements were I provided them to him and he stated he will send me a text and to confirm the measurements (I’m assuming to eliminate him from any fault if by chance this one wasn’t correct also). I confirmed the measurements and he cut it right away and called and said I can come and pick it up. When I arrived he proceeded to try and charge me full price for the glass and I asked why because this was his error. I showed him the text that my contractor sent directly to him previously advising of what we needed and to please follow up if he had any additional questions. Of course Jeff never replied so we’d assume that we were all set to go. He began to say he never received it and proceeded to pull it up on his phone which of course he had received it (shocker🙄) but instead of an apologizing it actually made him angrier and the yelling began.. He said he’s been in y

Our office front door hinge broke late in the afternoon. Since we had worked with Jeff before (he fabricated and installed a plexi shield for our receptionist desk), we called his office and he quickly returned my call. He was out in the field, but drove to Pleasant Prairie and fixed our office door...just in time for locking up at 5pm for the day. Thank you Jeff!! Randy
